Does anyone have a good recipe that uses Dijon mustard? I know it can be great in marinades and sauces.
I’ll be posting a complete list of Fred Meyer deals later tonight, after tree decorating with the family. š

Yummy coconut chicken:
Take boneless skinless chicken breasts (they work better if they’re thin cut) Coat them in Dijon mustard. Roll in flour with some dried basil mixed in. Dip in beat egg. Roll in unsweetened coconut flakes with a little salt and pepper mixed in. Spray a baking sheet with Pam. Put chicken on sheet and spray the tops of chicken. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes. Super yummy! Going to print my coupon now!
Dijon mustard is also good in deviled eggs, nice party food!
