Got mangos? This salad is so easy and it’s delicious. Oh and bright, and healthy and . . . well, let’s just say, I think you’ll like it!
INGREDIENTS
2 Avocados
2 Mangos
1/2 small red onion
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Toss in mangos, avocados, and red onion until they are coated evenly. Serve immediately.
