No smartphone? No problem. As long as you can send and receive texts on your mobile phone, you can get mobile coupons from Target. After you get the text from Target, type in the unique URL (web address) in your internet browser on your computer. Print out the coupons, complete with your unique barcode at the top, and have the cashier scan at checkout. Make sure to mark off which coupons you have used as you may only use each coupon once. However, you can use any remaining, unused coupons during future shopping trips.
