Ball Jar Heritage Collection Pint Jars with Lids and Bands
Have you seen these vintage Ball Jar Heritage Collection Pint Jars with Lids and Bands? Amazon just dropped the price to $7.91 for six. I ordered two sets when they first were released earlier this year and we use them as our drinking glasses. I love using Mason jars for our cups in our house and these are a beautiful blue. These would also be great for gifts, filled with homemade treats.
They also make great vases, gifts (fill with homemade granola) and organizers.

I just love the vintage blue color. Since they were made for the 100th birthday, and that was last year, they will become collectible. i ordered 6 pkg last year as soon as I saw them, and have been waiting for the price to drop some place. I hope to start learning and actually canning, so I want to get lots of the blue jars. Just wish they made the wide mouth quart jars in the blue too.

These are on sale right now at my local Fred Meyer store for $6.99. They had a huge display of them in the veggie dept.

That’s a great deal, thanks for the heads up. Fred Meyer seems to be the place to go for these, if you have one nearby!
