My kid’s LOVE Build-A-Bear Workshop – it’s one of their favorite stores and they snuggle with their furry friends most every night. I was excited to hear Build-A-Bear Workshop was offering a Friends and Family sale this weekend so we headed to the nearby Spokane Valley mall location yesterday.

My kids had so much fun seeing all the new characters in the store. It makes it so hard to pick your favorite! It seems like they have new characters every time we visit.

After much deliberation (it’s a tough choice!), my son picked the Seahawks bear (how fun!) and my daughter picked the Wonder Woman bear.

I love how the Build-A-Bear employees make every trip to the store such an experience. Princess Anna at the Spokane Valley store (Washington) is the best! She makes sure that each furry friend is given the best care and stuffed just right.

I love how she asks my kids all sorts of questions about what they’re into and then makes sure their bears have a personalized touch. My favorite part is when they rub the “hearts” and add in all the good stuff. Princess Anna added things like a love of travel, a good brain for reading/math, good ears so they’ll be good listeners, and strong muscles for Seahawks Bear and Wonder Woman. The kids love this part, too.

After getting stuffed just right and adding a sound and smell (triple berry for Wonder Woman!) – we cleaned up our bears in the bath and got them dressed in their outfits. 🙂

There are so many adorable accessories to choose from. My son got an outfit and football for his Seahawks bear and my daughter picked out an outfit and super hero sleeping bag for Wonder Woman!
