Kroger Mix and Match Buy 5 Promotion
One of my favorite types of sales is the Mix and Match Buy 5 promotion you can often find at Kroger stores. If you are in the Pacific Northwest, that’s Fred Meyer or QFC. Not sure if you have a local Kroger store? Check Kroger-branded store list here.
I was looking at the Fred Meyer ad this week (September 20-26) and I saw a lot of stock-up prices! This is a great week to work on your pantry stockpile (read my post about the importance of a pantry for saving money)
You do not need to buy in groups of five – it’s just five or more items included in the promotion (mix and match) and then the price drops to $0.99
Here are some of the the BEST stock-up prices from this week’s Fred Meyer ad:
Buy 5 promotion – must buy at least 5, mix-or-match:
Peanut Butter 16 oz – $0.99
Kroger Cream Cheese 8 oz – $0.99
Great for dips during the holiday season. Often far-dated, so you can stock-up for holidays.
Kroger frozen vegetables – $0.99
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen this price on frozen veggies.
Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes – $0.99
Wonderful for crockpot chili and for spanish rice (a great way to stretch budget on taco night)
Star Kist Wild Caught Tuna – $0.99
Campbell’s condensed soup – $0.99
If you make Green Bean casserole for the holidays – this is a great price.
Kroger pasta – $0.99
You can check the website for the Buy 5, pay $0.99 promotion but I want to stop into the store and make my own list – I don’t think the ad is complete and the prices are confusing online. If you make it into the store and find other deals – please share!
