I always enjoy seeing photos and hearing stories of your savings. This last week at QFC was a good one – lots of rock-bottom prices, even without coupons, so when I asked you to send in pictures of your shopping trips, I was excited to see all the money you saved! Plus, I randomly selected a winner of the $10 QFC card, scroll down and you’ll see who won.
As a side note – I hear that the buy 10, save $3 instantly, $3 later promotion is still going on. But the bad news is there are no prices for this promotion in the ad. You may be able to still get some of these deals!
Check this out! Suzanne is a volunteer shopper for her local food bank. She didn’t even use many coupons and she still saved 80% off her bill! She spent $453.67 (after catalinas), saved $1,833.33! They scored 500 boxes of sausages, 250 raviolis, 250 Manwich and 148 Totinos pizza for the food bank (pictured above). I love that our food banks are benefiting from frugal shopping!
Taryn spent $8.60, plus she got a $3 catalina = like paying $5.60!
Jennifer spend $35 and saved 57 percent. That’s her two-year-old’s hand reaching for the pepperonis. š
Kristina spent $17.99 and saved $41.60, which is 69%.
Cindy spent $57.82 and will spend in for the snapple rebate of $12.98 – so $44.98 out of pocket. Plus $6 in catalinas left to spend!
Total worth = $242.43
Rachael spent only $10 and saved $65.
Monique spent $9.19 and has $6 in catalinas left!
Erin spent $18.50 and saved $82
Julie spent $41.04 out of pocket, saved $99.82 and has $12 in catalinas to spend on her next transaction.
JULIE is the winner of the $10 QFC gift card – selected randomly using random.org. Congrats Julie!
Cody spent $49.28 and earned $6 in catalinas.
Whenever you feel excited about a shopping trip – send me a photo! Thanks to everyone who sent in your photos of the QFC deals!

Those are amazing! Thanks for sharing!
I love the food bank shot. At first I thought it was someone from extreme couponing! I was so relieved to read it was for the food bank-lol.
