Last week I reported a super HOT deal on meat delivered from Safeway for new customers. Starting yesterday a new deals were released online – so new scenarios are available! The reason the Safeway deals are so HOT is because there is a $15 coupon off your $50 purchase (use promo code CJSAVINGS, for new customers) and the $50 minimum includes the cost of the FREE item when you buy items that are buy one, get one FREE! So lots of Queen Bee readers have been getting more than $50 in groceries for as little as $8-12!
To get started:
- Head over here and create a Safeway.com delivery account (it’s different than your regular Safeway account that you might use for loading e-coupons on your Safeway Club Card)

This total when you submit your order does NOT reflect the BOGO discounts. Safeway takes off the BOGO items the day they deliver and it’s reflected on your final invoice β which they give to you when they deliver your food. π I promise, it’s a little scary, but hundreds of us have done this and the BOGO prices will come off, as long as your delivery is delivered during the BOGO promotion period (it will say on the site “must be delivered by”).
The promo code CJSAVINGS is only available for FIRST time Safeway.com customers. If you’ve already ordered, consider setting up an online account for a friend/family member that could use a great deal on groceries and have it delivered to them. If they don’t deliver to your area, consider asking a friend in the delivery area to go in on an order with you!
The best deals are obviously the items that are buy one, get one FREE (BOGO). So when you are shopping at Safeway.com, you can actually just see all the BOGO specials! Click on Online Savings (in red menu across top) –> Buy one, get one free and it will show you all the BOGO items right now.

Crossed fingers weren’t enough, apparently. I received a personal email from someone at Safeway claiming that a $50 minimum purchase is required on the final receipt to process and deliver my order. I went on the website and my order is gone. I’m planning on calling tomorrow, but it looks like Safeway didn’t want me to have ~$50 worth of food for less than $10. Bummed.

So jealous they deliver to your area!!!! They don’t even deliver to our warehouse! π

I wish Safeway delivered around here! Would save me so much time!

Fingers crossed. I’m trying it! I also found and used the code “save694” to get $20 off $50 or more and free delivery.
