Strawberries Romanoff – 1 quart strawberries, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup heavy cream, 3 oz cream cheese, 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (or 1/4 cup orange juice). Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature and then mix everything but the strawberries together. I usually put the cream and strawberries together right before serving but I have also been known to serve the cream in a separate bowl and folks can just dip the fruit in. Or put some fruit on their plate and spoon the sauce over. It’s yummy no matter what.
