Today in my Smart Source insert I found this Target coupon 20- or 22-ct Carefree Acti-Fresh feminine care item only 1 cent with coupon. I don’t think I’ve seen a coupon like this before! Looks like you’ll pay one penny for this item using this Target coupon.
Now technically Target allows you to use a Target store coupon (like the one pictured above) PLUS a manufacturer coupon on any one item. You could combine this coupon with the $0.50/1 Carefree coupon that was in the 3/27 Red Plum insert to get it FREE. The cashier would likely price adjust the $0.50/1 coupon down to a penny, so you wouldn’t make money (or get overage) from the deal. I’d be tempted to just pay the penny using the Target coupon and save your $0.50 manufacturer coupon for another deal, but that’s up to you.
Also note – you will most likely pay tax on the pre-coupon value.
I’m not sure if this coupon is in all inserts or not. I found this in the Smart Source from the Advanced issue of the Seattle Times (which doesn’t carry Red Plum inserts, by the way).
The fine print on the coupon reads: Valid in store only. Limit one manufacturer and one Target coupon per item. Void if copied, scanned, transferred, purchased, sold or prohibited by law. Item(s) may not be available at all stores. Coupon value may not exceed value of item purchased. No cash value.

I bought several of these at my local Target store last Sunday (4/17) for $.97 each. When the cashier scanned my coupons the register automatically took off $1.27 for each one. I’m not sure how they rang up that way but I had an overage of $.30 for each package of the panti-liners. I also scored big on their Gilette Fusion Proglide razors for men after my $3.00 coupons and the deal they had for buying 2 you get a $5.00 Target gift card!!
